the 958 dj, xubin, came to nygh for a talk today! at first, many of us were shocked upon hearing this name cos we thought it's the css xubin. hahah! she's really a talented dj cos she's the first speaker who is able to capture our attention for the whole of the 1h assembly. and she didnt show us any nice stuff, she literally just spoke throughout the whole assembly. she's really a good speaker whom we can learn from.
oh well, tmr's LA unseen prose test. hopefully everything goes well, as well as my marks.

HEEHEE! charity concert is over! actually i like this concert becos i like all the songs in the concert! esp CABEZA! sadly, i missed RAMBUTAN'S di yi er hu... but nvm! at least i watched his di yi er hu also with huiling's accompaniment last year during nac prize winners concert. today's pretty fun. firstly, we had a sectional lunch at coro. next we wrote 'love letters' in m401. then it was the rehearsal. after dinner, a few of us played volleyball and monkey ball. it was FUN! (: im quite proud of myself cos i was so pro at throwing that i didnt get to be a monkey! heehee! no lah! jk! in the end they all had to sabo me to be the monkey. finally, the concert commenced and it ended successfully. surprisingly, the audience shouted for encore and were very reluctant to leave. but we didnt perform encore, perhaps becos we were all unprepared.
the end of the concert marked the beginning of sadness. this is the last concert the sec 4s are performing with us. it's also the last second day cherry's staying in singapore. ): she's going overseas to study jc. sigh... im gonna miss all my seniors badly... upon taking on the vp and p posts in nyco, many of my seniors gave me a lot of encouragements. even if i've made a mistake, not only that they didnt blame me, they even encouraged me more and gave advices for me to improve on. if not for all their advices and encouragements, i wouldnt have come so far. THANK YOU SENIORS!!! after leaving nyco, must rmb to come and visit us often ok! not forgetting to come and watch our concert next year! all the best to your jc life! (ps: i look forward to see you guys in ur jc uniforms! heehee!)

It's a sunny yellow banana day! Becos everybody's wearing yellow! ~hehehh! im happy today! but a little sad. first thing of the day! i went to watch rush hour 3 this morning cos it's free! haha! it's super funny! maybe it's too funny that it made the ending seem abrupt. cos for me, when the movie ended, i was like,"huh? end alrdy? so fast?" haha! perhaps im expecting for more laughs.
in the evening, i had xls's lesson. everything's pretty okay, except for a few fingering and bowing mistakes and not very familiar with the back part. haha! but i still think it's not bad, considering that i juz finished learning the song last wk. well, i must jiayou! must try to do well for kaoji within such limited time!
after lesson, xls offered to drive me and szemin to ge prac. she drove us with her sports car. yes, CONVERTABLE SPORTS CAR! when she drove us, she open the 'lid' of the car! so cool lah! until now im still very happy abt it! FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE U KNOW! haha! moreover im a very easily amazed person. so you can imagine how amazed i am when i encounter such trivial things.
ok! ge prac. i feel that we've improved a lot! it's really enjoyable to be playing the music. but sadly, the end of the practice wasnt a delightful one. sigh... shant elaborate on it. juz hope that he's merely threatening us, he doesnt mean what he said and he's not gonna leave us... aiyah.. to be practical, we dont have any rights to control one's decision... so just hope for the better...
anyway, before we leave, the erhu peeps were playing the 'secret' trick. (the trick whereby you tap someone on the shoulder then u poke his/her cheek) so fun lah! haha! it's funny when a short person pokes a super tall person, cos not only u gotta stretch ur finger outwards, u also have to stretch it upwards. lol.
on the train, we chatted with layting's jap fren. hehehh. the journey was rather hilarious too, all becos of the stupid things that we did, said and misheard. lol. we're all BAKA! haha! oh! then layting taught her fren some chinese and she can speak them rather well!
okay! tmr's concert! gonna turn in now! OYASUMI blog! shall play the trick on more ppl tmr! hehe!

hoho! must blog about today! firstly, i went to turf city for cross country! yay! we all ran for singapore! lol. i feel quite accomplished cos i ran better this year as compared to last yr! after the run, it was lucky draw. I WAS SO NEAR YET SO FAR AWAY FRM THE PRIZE!!! "next lucky winner is from class three... eight! register no. ... 18!" OMG! juz a difference of one class! why not 309, no. 18?!?!? then i would be the winner! lol! nvm! who knows next yr it'll be my turn? hahah! surprisingly, we nvr sing any national day song today (except for national anthem) ):.
after cross country, i went to sarah's house. we played the piano for a while, then i watched gokusen on her com while waiting for her to bathe. and we had lunch there! haha! so as to save our lunch money for arcade! at the arcade, we played ddr first. sarah was funny. she pressed the wrong button n the settings were quite screwed at the beginning. lol! but it was NOT BAD! haa! then we played some gun game (i forgotten the actual name). it was quite exciting cos we had to reload bullets and shake the gun to loosn the monsters' grips! haa! as it was my first time playing that, i didnt know how to shake the grips off. apparently we lost very quickly. haha! next i played drum mania. it was gross! cos some greedy person even stole the drum sticks of the machine! juz as i thought i had to play with my hands, a kind stranger lent me a pair of drumsticks! but i sucked at it. i failed my first song. so malu. NEXT! BASKETBALL! sarah's funny again. the balls that she threw kept rebouncing out of the machine. lol. moral of the story: stand 2m away frm sarah when she's playing basketball or u'll be in danger. lastly, we played the gun game again! at least this time i improved n we managed to conquer the chapter 1 monster! as i was supposed to meet yiqing and liangyu at 3+, i had to leave early and pangseh sarah. oops. haha! SO SORRY SARAH! but i've enjoyed myself! (: thanks for your shoe bag and slippers too! (:
okay! next stop! cineleisure! yiqing, liangyu and i watched 'secret' tgt at cineleisure! secret is a very nice movie!!! i think this is the first movie that i dont mind watching again! in my opinion, it's a mixture of genres. romance, comedy, horror and action. HAHAHA! it's really nice! this movie made me like jay chou more! haha! after the movie, i told them to stay till the very end in case there'll be a secret after the credits. lol! then we went to some hongkong restaurant for dinner (cant rmb the name again. im bad at rmbering names). we were allocated to sit at the table that is the nearest to the entrance. in fact, we sitting at the entrance. hahaha! it's cool cos u get to look at ppl who walk past the restaurant. since they wanted to look at ppl, they sat facing the outside while i sat back facing the entrance cos i didnt want to see ppl. i think that seat was cool cos whenever i turn back to look at the shoppers, i see ny ppl. when we were abt to finish, yiqing and liangyu saw nat (the project superstar male 1st runner-up). he was walking tgt with li2 fei4 hui1. sadly i only saw li fei hui. lol! after dinner, we chatted for a while b4 we headed home! haha!
well, today's real fun! time flies! first day of the hols is gone! gotta treasure every minute of the coming hols! i dont know y this yr im so enthu abt national day! perhaps im juz in festive mood now! haha! anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE! I LOVE SINGAPORE! heeai! jiayou for tmr! ^^

OKAY! here comes my POST OF THE DAY! *ten ten ten ten* (sound effect. for those who know the tune of this sound effect! haa!)
i shall summarise my last wk! on mon was first day of sabbs. it was pretty boring cos the lessons were mostly theory. after that, i watched 'Alone' with yiqing! it's a very nice horror movie! it's abt love and sisterhood. the ending is my favourite part becos the scene of the burning furnitures symbolized the erasing of the sisters' childhood memories... ahhh! go watch it! haha! then i had dinner with yiling and maureen! (:
thur was a BIG day with a no. of events going on. first was the filming of nan zhong quan. haha! quite funny cos the photography 'purposely' chose actions that requires us to stretch. as we had to pose for the photographer for quite some time, all of us were all aching all over! OH! during sabb, we had to make a water purification device. in the first place we were one of the poorest grps in terms of points, but we still bought a no. of items for our device. haha! when filtrating, the water was still quite brownish. so we decided to filtrate for several times. halfway through, annabelle accidentally spilled our filtrated solvent. so we took napkins, lay on the spilled solvent and squeezed it into a beaker! HAHA! the napkins absorbed the unwanted particles and kinda filtrated the solvent! indeed, the water turned out to be cleaner! HAHA! so we used this method to purify our water. but of course, the process is much slower and the amount of water we get would be lesser. eventually, we used up all our napkins and we stole another grp's napkins! HAHAHHA! in the end, we didnt even qualify for the competition cos we didnt have the right amount of solvent. nvm! at least the process was fun! (: next, 309 had our teacher's day audition. while waiting for our turn, shitong, sarah, yinglu, wenjing, huisuan, suzie and i played 'hand games' tgt! we had so much fun! hahah! our audition was pretty ok, but i dont think we got in. haa! oh! i had so much fun that i actually forgotten that there was announcing of comm results on that day! after audition, sukuang and i wanted to go back to xiaozu. but becos ms yeo took the m401 key, i actually wanted to go n find her to get the key b4 going for xiaozu. only until i suggested her to go for xiaozu first, then she reminded me that there's announcing of comm results that time. i looked at my watch n to my surprise, it was 4.30 alrdy. i still thought it was 3+! so we went in. as we were late, we sat at the side. i couldnt see the whiteboard and tianyuan was promoting hmp concert. after her promotion, yiling asked me to go up to say a few words. I WAS SHOCKED! cos i didnt know that the comm was announced alrdy! I WAS SO UNPREPARED! so if the speech wasnt very good, i really apologize for that cos i was very very unprepared! (as u can see i was still in the play mood after having so much fun b4 the audition) then i went for ge! ge was fun! (:
on fri, my grp in sabbs was pro! we were the lowest in class with a score of 15 points when the highest was 300+ or 600+ (cant rmb). haha! but we scored 190 by the end of the day! so the great improvement award goes to us, BOULDER! hurhur! during co, we had ZHONGZU! quite effective! (: next was ge prac. we were given free tickets for 'rush hour 3'! so we're all gonna watch rush hour 3 this sat for free! it seems like a bonding session before our concert on sun, the following day! hur!
sunday is a HAPPY DAY! becos xls finished teaching us hongmei! i hereby conclude that hongmei is a very nice song! haha! i like the front part's man4 ban3 the most! sounds loving to me! (though it's a weird way to describe it) OH! n that day was funny too! i saw a couple carrying an umbrella when it's slightly cloudy (no sun) and no rain. IT'S SO FUNNY TO ME THAT I KEPT LAUGHING ABT IT! at night, when my family was watching tv...

LOL LAH!
okay! today is a pretty sian day. nth interesting. n the class seems quite empty as most of the ppl were away for 90th anniversary rehearsal. but i heard that chewfei cut her hair like me! look forward to see her new hairstyle! (: okay! gonna turn in now! good luck for chinese test tmr! (:
